Job Description

- Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. 

- Develop & Implement sales and promotion plans with proper sale data tracking 

- Look for new areas of market opportunities and capitalize accordingly 

- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team 

- Support and oversee sales team to achieve their individual target 

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status. 

- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities 

- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

Job Requirement

- Hold bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field. 

- 2-3 years' experience in sale and business development with proven records 

- Have involved in retail/home appliances and other household 

- Experience in management may be advantageous. 

- Understand and knowledge of sales and marketing. 

- Have Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. 

- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 

- Have knowledge of data analysis and report preparation 

- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. 

- The ability to work under pressure.
