Job Description
- Increase Chinese and Khmer customers
- Keeping good communication and relationship with existing & new customers
- Manage all customer accounts via Excel; Account Receivables; Contract, and Invoice; Working records; Other service requests by customer needs to be noted and reported to the manager
- Create and manage current & new contracts in Chinese, Khmer, and English
- Help communicate between the Operations Manager, Machinery Operator, Mechanics, and the Chinese customer when there is an issue that needs to be solved
- Assist and translate Chinese/English with the Quality Assurance Manager, and the Director
- Assist in other work-related duties requested by the Director .
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year experience working as a Chinese translator, or as sales staff at a Chinese firm (MUST)
- Needs to know how to speak Chinese and Khmer really well, and have a good working knowledge of English
- At least 1 year experience working in construction or machinery field (not required, but preferable)
- 4 year University graduate
- Has good communication skills, and knows how to work as a team
- Diligent, honest, and willing to learn
- Can work in a diverse, and challenging environment
- Knows how to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knows how to be creating in increasing sales by online and offline channels
- Has a good knowledge of sales, and loves to meet new people
***Work conditions and benefits:
- Working hours/days: Mon ~ Fri 8am-5pm / Sat 8am-12pm - Free lunch for Mon ~ Fri
- Yearly performance and sales bonus depending on results
- Khmer New Year, and Pchum Benh incentives (only after 3 month probation)
- Paid sick, and family emergency issue leaves
- Flexible holidays when requested in advance and approved by Manager and Director (only after 3 month probation)
- Public holidays are only allowed for 3 Cambodian Major Holidays (Khmer New Year, Pchum Benh, Water Festival)
- Company car and driver provided only for work-related trips - Salary range: $500~$1,000/month. Depending on his/her working skills, salary will increase after probation and approval by upper management -
There will be 3 month probation. After 3 month probation, above mentioned incentives will be allowed to be paid to the applicant.
