Job Description

- Understand the products of the company and customers requirement 

- Develops and implements agreed upon sale plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer base in the marketing area. 

- Monitoring teamwork performance and motivation then to reach targets 

- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed 

- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 

- Guide, direct, and motivate subordinates to generate more sales. 

- Other duties as assigned by Director

Job Requirement

- Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Sales and Marketing or Management or relevant 

- Minimum 2 years professional working experience in sales and marketing 

- Good computer skills and proficient in Ms. Office, and Internet-Email 

- Good communication skills 

- Good knowledge of English proficiency both speaking and writing skills 

- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices 

- Independent and result oriented 

- Strong leadership, communication, people and analytical skills 

- Willingness to work under pressure and challenging environment 

- Extensive experiences in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management 

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
