Job Description

1. Setting weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets for the team. 

2.Devising sale strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. 

3.Defining and implementing sale strategic with alignment to company mission & vision. 

4. Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients. 

5. Acting as a company representative in trade shows and other related events. 

6. Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty. 

7. Align and meeting with customer’s key contact person to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule. 

8. Liaising with the supporting department in order to create a more thorough and effective strategy and growing result. 

9. Selecting and implementing the training processes of new staff skill development. 

10. Monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals and reading and evaluating the staff’s sales reports by weekly and monthly. 

11. Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies: 

12. Keeping track of the competition and all new trends and products in the market.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor degree, major in Sales and Marketing or relevant 

• Minimum five (3) year professional working experience in sales and marketing 

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

• Advance knowledge of English proficiency both speaking and writing skills 

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. 

• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
