Job Description

- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organization sales goals and revenues 

- Implements province sales programs by developing field sales action plans 

- Market research by keeping current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors 

- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work result 

- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees 

- Maintain sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results 

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publication; establishing personal network; participation in professional societies 

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.

Job Requirement

- Coordinate and monitor sale activity 

- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts 

- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales numbers 

- Generate timely sales reports 

- Formulate sales policies and procedures 

- Control expenses and monitor budgets 

- Maintain inventory control 

- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis 

- Develop promotional ideas and material 

- Attend trade and industry conventions 

- Business degree or related professional qualification 

- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy 

- Proven experience in customer relationship management 

- Knowledge of market research 

- Experience in managing and directing a sales team 

- Preferable with relevant industry knowledge .
