Job Description
- Set the strategy & Commit to reach the sales target and increase income.
- Ensure that sales plans are properly implemented.
- Plan own activities to make strong sales, daily and weekly sales report.
- Effectively supervise, train, and advise sales representative.
- Checked daily and weekly sales report and recommend.
- Setting the appointment and maintain relation with clients.
- Keep update and follow up with Automobile market.
- Prepare and implement marketing events to promote products.
- Find new strategies to push sales.
- Build strong relationship with existing and new customer.
- Daily market visit, dealer meeting and missions to provinces
- Other task assigned by Sales Manager
Job Requirement
• Gender: Male or Female
• Experience: at least 2 years experience. Experience in managing team of more than 5 people is a must. Experience in supermarket, department store are bonus.
• Computer: Good at Excel and familiar with POS system
• Education: Bachelor degree in business related field, background accountant is an advantage
• Language: English is a must
• Attitude: Honest & friendly, good interpersonal skills
• Commitment: Work hard and work late (Sometimes).
• Other Requirements: Microsoft office (Experience in using other accounting system is a bonus) .
