Job Description

• Initiate & conduct market development plan for the assigned products as per the product development strategies defined by Business Development Director to achieve the annual budget. 

• Develop, implement & control marketing programs as per the annual approved budget. 

• Conduct the market research and sale analysis to implement suitable and productive market development plan adjustment. 

• Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, exhibition. 

• Go to field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship. 

• Target customers and provide supports to Sale Force for approaching customers. 

• Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products. 

• Basis relevant skills & techniques in approaching targeted customers. 

• Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan. 

• Coach, train, monitor & evaluate Medical Representative performance. 

• Implement reports as per Dept’s request and product knowledge. 

• Work closely with team members, and Supervisor to ensure the achievement of company’s goal. 

• Prepare the monthly report to Business Development Director. 

• Other tasks assigned by Business Development Director and Sales Head.

Job Requirement

• BA degree in marketing or sale management  or related files 
• Has experience with team leader plan sale 
• Has experience with project marketing production  
• B.Pharom & MBA (Marketing)  
• 5-10 years work experience in product and marketing management. 
• Good command of written and spoken English. 
• Proficiency in MS Office.
