Job Description

- Promote and sell insurance products 

- Manage branch daily operation 

- Set up and control plan (yearly, monthly, daily) of sales 

- Lead and manage all operational activities at branch. 

- Facilitate, implement and provide training and development programs 

- Build, manage and supervise own sales team to deliver sales target of the company 

- Build and strengthen new clients in order to maximize cross-selling activities 

- Organize sales team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and team member productivity 

- Develop and maintain a positive’s sales working environment for its team members 

- Perform other task assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred 

• At least 2-5 years of working experiences and at least 1-2 years in supervisory or management level 

• Good interpersonal skills and outgoing personality to reach different levels of people 

• Good team player; willing to accept challenges and work under high pressure 

• Energetic with initiatives and self-motivated, 

• Experienced in life insurance filed is an advantage 

• Good analytical and communication skills both in Khmer and English 

• A flexible and hardworking professional who thrives in a team oriented environment .
