Job Description

1. Develop the new mart stores; 

2. Ensure that quality of merchant and merchandising meet company's standards; 

3. Manage modern trade outlets to ensure required documents are collected within the agreed timeline; 

4. Handle modern trade outlets and customer questions; 

5. Manage training and install POS terminal for new merchants/retail outlets; 

6. Gather feedback from retail outlet and customer to develop recommended solutions; 

7. Follow call card schedule consistently according to standard working procedure; 

8. Liaise with strategic partners to ensure successful partnership and customer's satisfaction; 

9. Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market; 

10. Execute the trade promotion activities and improve upon the results.

Job Requirement

1. Excellent field sales experience with at least 1 years experiences at Channel Sales in an FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach; 

2. Experience in multiple account management; 

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 

4. Business planning acumen and ability; 

5. Computer literate with word, excel, and PowerPoint processing skills; 

6. Highly effective, result-oriented and able to work under high pressure; 

7. English communication is required.
