Job Description

• Contributing towards gross profit budgets 

• Increasing gross profit and volumes to achieve economies of scale and service reliability 

• Representing our products in line with Toll Group values and ethics 

• Partnering with and provide accurate and timely information that ensures process and administration efficiencies 

• Ensuring our value proposition is matched with the client’s expectations and service commitments are defined and agreed prior to implementation. 

• Partnering with the Toll network to increase gross profit and volume in key trade lanes 

• Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities. 

• Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports. 

• Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value. 

• Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs. 

• Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market. 

• Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans. 

• Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing/supply chain/logistics solutions or equivalent relevant field 

• At least 2 years-experience in marketing/ sales. 

• English is good (speaking/ writing/ reading and listening). 

• Experience in Logistic industry is an advantage. 

• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of the local market will be necessary 

• Sales skills, communication skills. 

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, diligent, working under high pressure. 

 Working :8:00 AM ～ 17:00 PM Holiday: Sun / National holiday (Half Saturday) Salary: $ 1000 ～ $ 2000
