Job Description

-Initially reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible to recruit, develop and provide on-going supervision to insurance sales personnel for the    company in order to achieve the company’s business objectives. 

-Build and grow insurance sales forces part time organization including recruiting team and increase sale volume & Develop training strategy, training methodologies,     techniques. 

-Lead and manage agency sales & distribution under part time, seller team to achieve its sales targets, objectives and planned activities. 

-Supervise and directs the sales and business development activities of the insurance Business Managers directly including selection, performance management, and    coaching 

-Oversees the development of marketing/business plans for each designated business segments including secured and unsecured. Develops and recommends marketing objectives, including sales activities and production forecasts 

-Reviews and monitors pipeline report and other pertinent management information to ensure adequate commitment levels to achieve desired production volume and customer satisfaction. Holds Business 

-Managers accountable for required performance standards and takes appropriate disciplinary action when necessary 

-Recruit, hire and on-board new qualified staff to ensure the growth of the business segments per the Head of Business directive as well as maintains the team size due to attrition 

-Deliver product governance and control such as partner's due diligence, product program review, business agreements, and service level agreements. 

-Manage and monitor insurance team preferment via good team work, motivation and coaching for high productivity and critical understanding. 

-Prepares the budget plan projections for insurance product launch, sale or marketing campaign .

Job Requirement

•      -Bachelor degree in marketing or related files 
•      -Good communication skill to to customer 
•      -Have experience in sale / marketing 
       -Can use PC include software system operator 
•      -Commitment with with working 
•      -Good working with team work place 
•      -Has experience with development of marketing / business plans for each designated business segments including secured.
•      -Has experience with prepares the budget plan projections for insurance production launch, sale or marketing campaign,.
