Job Description
1. Support service teams
- Train service teams to do the jobs properly and timely
- Help the teams manage service schedule/customer satisfaction
- Help service teams to drive revenue timely
2. Technical Support
- Coordinate with Trane Thailand tech support team and LH service teams
3. Order/Sales
- Coordinate with Trane Thailand for money transaction/invoicing and help Sales persons to drive for orders.
4. Team work management - Manage the teams align with LH policy with best teamwork
Job Requirement
- - Hold at least bachelor degree or Master’s Degree
- - 5 years’ experience
- - Minimum graduation of B.Eng. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related filed is required. Experience in A/C service business including filed service/sales especially for chillers, high rise building/factory A/C for more than 10 years.
