Job Description

• Responsible for continual sales and profit growth in showroom. 

• Timely rollout of new and approved vendor products and programs. 

• Consistent and ongoing product profitability review. 

• Maintain excellent showroom appearance. 

• Oversight of supported and displayed vendors. 

• Continual review of branch opens orders and complete follow up of same to ensure maximum closure rate. 

• Minimize branch exposure to inefficient inventory through showroom leadership and education. 

• Ensure associates are maximizing company profits by selling supported brands. 

• Develop and institute sales plans that are in conjunction with company goals and objectives and that are aligned with corporate growth strategies. 

• Assure that annual budgets are met in accordance with sales plans. 

• Recommend process and sales improvement opportunities to senior management. 

• Create visionary sales plans that are aligned with current market conditions and trends that can be achieved by maximizing vendor programs and company resources. 

• Evaluate, teach, coach and mentor all showroom and sales support associates and provide for continual training of same. 

• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. 

• Communicate issues regarding associates and showrooms in a timely manner while providing solutions as needed. 

• Be a professional representative of all customers and vendors. 

• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. 

• Ensure that all clients receive the highest quality customer service at all times. 

• Understand and be constantly aware of all market conditions and changes 

 

Job Requirement

+ Requirements ​ 

• At least one-year experience in position sale or related filed 

• Bachelor degree in Business administration majoring in marketing or business-related field. 

• Be able to work under pressure for sale target. 

• Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. 

• Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel) . 

• Good interpersonal and Communication skills. 

• Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly 

• Other tasks by Store Manager.
