Job Description
- Coordinate and implement the activities of the Sales Performance
- To be responsible to Head of Sales team / Regional Department is on business results and subordinate efficiency as well as achieve the given target.
- Plan, guide, monitor and encourage a colleague to work efficiently and in accordance with the quality policy.
- Understand market situation, promptly report any changing trends of the market and competitors to senior manager.
- Support, mentor and share experiences with colleagues to help them improve professional skills.
- Participate internal quality assessment, detect and propose remedies, prevent inconsistent current or potential services and workflow. In addition, always thinking how to improve business as well as how to organize the work efficiently.
- Communicate the direction to each member in the department; monitor and report the feedback and implementation.
- Report to higher management level as needed.
- Report to Head of Country unusual problems related to the agreed payment terms with customers or agents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Department at Head
Job Requirement
- Male and Female under 30 years old
- Experience: in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Education: University graduation in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technology, Foreign language.
- Language: English with fluent 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
- Computer Skill: Good at least at Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook…
- Job Required Skills:
- Organized, process- oriented, good at English
- Good knowledge of customs regulations and foreign trade
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Good sense of market price of customs brokerage and trucking.
- Good communication and building relationship
- High motivated, disciplined and compliance
- Good customer service mindset.
