Job Description

1- Sales & Marketing 

• Public & Network event attend to get opportunity for project 

• Develop Client base 

• Generate sales leads & Inquiries (Site Survey) 

• Prepare and conduct marketing presentation (Check and lead by SM) 

• Prepare a techno commercial offer to submit to customers Pre sales (Negotiation) 

• Prepare document for Bidding & participation in it 

• Support sales engineer for estimating quotation & Related document 

• Contract negotiation 

• Ensure internal & External communication for project timely execution 

• Maintain customer relationship ( For loyal customer gain) 

• Secured payment Post Sales 

• Monitor any required activities that will result in customer’s satisfaction & Smooth process 

• Face to client for add scope & Communication

Job Requirement

• University’s degree of Civil Engineering or related field 

•At least 2-year-experience on the Sales Management 

• MS Office, AutoCAD 

• Good Command in English and Chinese 

•Communication
