Job Description

• Ensure quality Foundation Barista Skills, Intermediate Barista Skills, Advance Latte Art. 

• Ensure the trainee learning and training quality meet the Academy program expectations 

• Work with related persons to improve the academy program and trainee academic performance 

• Set goals and implement and action plans to achieve higher level of training and learning outcome 

• Lead, supervise and manage the academic team members and Barista trainers to achieve academy goals for trainee learning and training quality 

• Supervise, review and provide feedback to improve the lesson plans, training methodology and trainee learning 

• Develop training plans and evaluation procedure to improve academic team/Barista Trainer competency and performance 

• Maintain trainee academic records in accordance with regulatory and academy requirements 

• Attend and conduct educational trainings which is involved Coffee Industry and conferences as needed 

• Guide the event to be successful annually 

• Attend and plan Kofi Academy’s events as required by line manager 

• Other task assign by line manager .

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field 
• Minimum of 2-year experience in education field is preferred 
• Experience in Business Coffee industry is encouraged to apply 
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result 
• Desire to learn and overcome new challenges 
• Strong Communication skill both English & Khmer 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Ability to facilitate on the training project .
