Job Description

- Work with GM on strategy, forward planning and its implementation 

- Work with Operations and Chefs to ensure the roster are workable 

- Interview new staff for considered employment 

- Work with GM and departments in developing and marketing the business in collaboration with all service Supports 

- Responsible for daily running of F&B operations 

- Conduct all upgrading of policy on customer service and quality of service 

- Update menu and promotions items with Chefs 

- Create regular events to promote and enhance the business 

- Ensure all quality of service buffet and A la Cart run smoothly 

- Solve customer complain or issues 

- Create and implement training programs for service sequences 

- Continuously review cost control management of all budget 

- Be a good communicator at levels of business, internal and external with a focus on customer relationship and service 

- Make sure all standard operation procedure are up to date and being met 

- Increase the profitability while keeping high standard and quality 

- Drive support service team to operations efficiency 

- F&B monthly stock inventory report 

- Any task by management

- To prepare the weekly rote and ensure adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times. 

- To supervise and Lead the restaurant staff on daily basis. 

- To take food orders from customers. 

- To maximize productivity of labor resources. 

- To have excellent understanding and product knowledge. 

- Conduct daily brief prior to each and every service and liaise with Chef to be aware of any special menu. 

- Evaluate guest feedback obtained, both internally & externally, taking relevant action on feedback point received and report to senior management.

Job Requirement

- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. 

- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks-Communication and leadership skills. 

- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices. 

- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets. 

- Guest-oriented and service-minded. **Benefits:
