Job Description
| 1. Collect food and beverage orders from the kitchen, returns used chin, glass and silver. 2. Serve food and beverage to guests in established service style and standard. 3. Maintain supplies of chinaware, cutlery and condiments for side station keeps side station clean and orderly. 4. Assist Captain in guest’s service. 5. Set and clears tables ensuring standards are met. 6. Sort and counts used linen. 7. Attend briefing sessions. 8. Collect restaurant supplies form stores. 9. Ensure that personal grooming and state of uniform of self and waiters is to required standards. 10. Comply with Club House Health, Safety & Hygiene policy. 11. Ensure Club House hygiene and sanitation standards are attained in his section. 12. Perform related duties and special project as assigned. 13. Order and Beverage Inventory. |
Job Requirement
| • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the brand and the Company. • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. • Able to read and write English • Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred. |
