Job Description

 1. Supervise worker’s performance to ensure Habit’s standard
2. Ensure the ready state before open restaurant and put everything put in the right
3. Before close restaurant by using checklist
4. Highly weight and build customer satisfaction
5. Obtains good from supplier and supervise the right standard of the retaining process
6. Assign worker to prepare products
7. Examine the restaurant according to QSC standard
8. Ensure the right standard of food quality
9. Survey propose to direct supervisor to do local store marketing
10. Record problems that emerged during operation for latter inquiry and meet with head department
11. To maximize store profitable through sales and marketing, control food cost and labour cost, control wastage and spoil. And operating expense in store.
12. Maintain and build sales.
13. Maintaining food safety, personal safety, and sanitation standards for the restaurant according to health department regulations and company standards.
14. Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and request service or repair for issues.
15. Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards for all Team Members.
16. Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and request service

Job Requirement

 * Qualifications and Education Requirements 
- At least Bachelor Degree and any related fields
- At least 3 or 4 years’ experience in international companies with evidence tracked record of achievements.
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Strong in driving results and people management and development
