Job Description

 1. Set the standard and show the example of all kitchen functions and responsibilities.
2. Provide guidance and training to team members.
3. Manage the organization and cleaning of the kitchen, delegate tasks as necessary.
4. You can work in all cooking stations, including preparation and cooking of all food items.
5. Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed consistently to ensure the quality of food items.
6. Detailed knowledge of cleaning, maintenance and operation of all kitchen equipment, including flat grills, grill, fryers, slicer, etc.
7. Compliance with all established standards, including personal safety, food safety, hygiene, personal hygiene, appearance and uniform.
8. Establish and maintain weekly orders to ensure the quality and availability of food products. Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff.
9. Manage the organization, cleaning, efficiency and kitchen operations during the opening of shifts.
10. Supervise and help with the opening of the restaurant by following the checklists.
11. Write and follow the weekly planning.
12. Participate in weekly administrative meetings to share observations and coordinate goals.
13. Optimize profits by controlling food and labour costs

Job Requirement

 * Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Food Handler Certification
- At least Bachelor Degree and any related fields
- 2 years of experience in a position related to the preferred food service.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule, based on the needs of the restaurant.
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Strong in driving results and people management and development
