Job Description
| - Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, profitability, organize intern sale activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes, prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, drinks control and sales. - Create and execute plans for service department get more profit and staff development, set budgets or agree them with manager, coordinate menus, coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. - Training, manage and motivate staff, respond to customer queries and any complaints, meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices. - Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. - Willing to learn about sound system, TV and lighting. - Check stock for operation and request order. - Closing shift and double check with cashier and supervisor for cash closing Others will assign by manager |
