Job Description

	• Assist Program Manager on overall tasks of the division; • Counsel support seekers on funding requests and general inquiries; • Evaluate the feasibility of funding proposals and of applicant’s organizational capacity to achieve proposed objectives, and develop written funding recommendation for submission to selection Committee; • Review and analyze the organizational and project budgets for proposals; • Preparing memorandum of understanding (MOU) for partnership programs; • Collaborate and facilitate with partner institutions in implementing collaborating programs; • Facilitate the implementation of Mentorship program and Business matching; • Monitor progress of funding projects, assuring that all fund requirements are met including review of progress in achieving key indicators and expenditure reports as needed; • Prepare program implementation report; • Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement

	• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting/finance and related field • At least 2 years’ experience in project planning and/or program management; • Be able to use enterprise management system and monitoring system • Background in researching and writing is a plus • Strong organizational communication ability (oral and written) • Ability to work well under pressure • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude • Good command in English
