Job Description

	- To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issue and project scheduling requirements are met. - To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameter project. - To identify and ensure that the appropriate project engineers are aware of quality, safety,heath and environment issues. - To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. - To manage the implementation of the master programmed,manpower,materials & plant schedules. - Responsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project plan - To Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team. - To manage the change control process - To monitor and advise upon project finances - To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meeting and written communications. - To prepare master programmge, formal project progress and other reports. - To take a leading role in interfacing with client and other consultants,at all project stages

Job Requirement

	- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering,Construction management or equivalent. - Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/ structural or Equivalent. - Required skill(s):MS office, MS Project, AutoCad. - Good interpersonal and communication skills, Fluent in English - Sound technical knowledge and analytical skills with a passion for site management - Strong readership and management skills with experience in managing multi-discipline tasks. - Self-motivated and result oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism. - Preferably 8-10 years working experience in the related field with minimum 3 years of working experience in property development. Experience in high rise development will be an added advantage. - Good Knowledge of construction standard operating procedures.
