Job Description
| - Plan and implement projects - Define project scope, goals, and deliverable - Collect and manage project team - Support and direct team - Monitor and report on project progress - Present to director report on progress as well as problems and solutions. - Manage risk tracking process. - Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. - Measure project performance using appropriate system, tools, and techniques. - Create the schedule for each project and match talent to the job. - Collaborate with engineers to determine the specifications of the project. - Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadline will be meet. - Other tasks assigned by director. |
Job Requirement
| - Master or bachelor degree in Project, Construction Management or other relevant field. - At least 5 years working experience. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - A team player with leadership abilities. - Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment. - Computer literacy in Ms. Office, Ms. Project, AutoCAB Benefit: - 13th monthly salary - Married Leave - Sick Leave - Pregnancy Leave |
