Job Description
| • Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the Project Management Manual • Perform project monitoring in strategically manner • Generate brief programme with Project Manager and meet project deadlines • Familiar with design of MEP • Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues • Ensure that all building services meet HSE requirements & local authority regulations • Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals • Have full knowledge of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems • To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work • Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications • Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Perform other tasks as required by Project Manager |
Job Requirement
| • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Project Management/ MEP Engineering • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position • Strong technical skill in MEP • Computer software literacy – MS Office/ MS Project/ CAD/ MEP design software • Good project management skill • Good communication skill |
