Job Description

	- Prepare full set of accounts for year-end Audit & work with external auditors - Update and checking the Quick Book accounting system by monthly - Monthly Tax & Yearly declaration - Manage revenue and costs reconciliations - Consolidate the monthly financial and management reports in a timely basis - Handle billing, debt collection, bank payments and transactions - Attend emergency cases and support ad hoc assignments - Handle other administration work for smooth office operation - Experience with Trading and Construction is an advantage - Familiar with Contract agreement is an advantage - Handle and update Purchase Order, inventory list, Petty Cash, etc. - Update Patent, License, MOC, Trademark, Annual Enterprise Renewal, etc. - Open company bank account

Job Requirement

	- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance - Minimum 4-6 years of accounting experience in accounting/financial management - Well versed with handling full set of books and preparing other financial reports - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Familiar to use Quick Book accounts system - Fluent English in speech and written, Experienced in handling correspondence is highly preferred - Experienced in handle the Tax Declaration and GDT/MOC document is a must - Mature, proactive, honest, strong commitment, independent and possess a strong sense of ownership Working :8:00 AM～5:00 PM Holiday: Sun / National holiday (Half Saturday) Salary: $ 700 ～ $ 1000 **Benefits: 18 days AL
