Job Description
- Creating sales forecasts for product launches - Support category review through preparation of documents for follow-up and governance - Follow-up on price policy implementation - Analyze assortment according to annual and monthly activities - Assist in ordering of deliveries of merchandizing to Dufry Cambodia warehouse - Ensuring correct supplier information and assisting of input to master data - Follow-up analysis & reporting of KPIs - Analyze weekly sales data - Define the quantities to be replenished and guarantee the availability of the products in the shop - Check that all items were correctly replenished in the right timing and well positioned in the shelves and ensure that all items available at the warehouse are also in the shops - Implement new product locations in order to increase the rotation and thus the sales - Ensure that all goods transferred were correctly registered in the system and for new items, check them in the till system (code, pricing, description) - Analyze shop replenishment process and identify instances of unfilled orders, stock outs, etc - Determine any adjustments required to the replenishment process & communicate to the interested parties to implement the changes - On a monthly basis, analyze the product space allocation by shops for A items - Ensure that inventory is available and correct at the store level, and that there are sufficient stock levels - Coordinate the inventory of the items with 0 stock and negative stock, and determine and solve root causes - Ensure understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures for the Procurement - Preparing reports as requested by direct manager - Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager |
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent in work experiences. - At least 2 to 3 years in retails, commercial, planning or purchasing - Professional communication, negotiation and problem solving - Excel and other systems - Can work under pressure and timeline - Fluently English |
