Job Description

* 工作介绍
- 检查设备问题并确定与建筑物中的电气和水系统相关的维护。
- 每当电力和水中断和计划停机时，都会向客户/当局/租户提供最新信息。
- 由高级管理指定的任何其他人。
- To inspect equipment issue and identify maintenance related to electrical and water systems in the building and immediate report problem to Manager and get it repaired as quickly as possible.
- Get feedback from tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions with regards to electrical & water related technical issues
- Any other assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
| * 工作要求 - 至少有电气或机械工程或相关领域的学士学位。 - 必须能够用中文沟通，因为90%的业主，租客和承包商都是中文。 - 至少2年相关技术技能经验。 - At least with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field - Must be able to communicate in Chinese with Owners, Tenants and Contractors as 90% are Chinese speaking related to technical matters. - At least 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant technical skill |
