Job Description

 •Be a primary contact for GM in matters regarding to government, stakeholder and external organizations’ relation.
•Actively communicate between business unit and other department in a good cooperative and manner as directed by management to ensure that information has kept up to date, effectiveness and on time;
•Coordinate travel for the GM including air and hotel arrangements, meeting preparation (ie. presentations, logistics…etc.) and prepare the monthly necessary travel report. 
•Prepare letters, documentation, contracts, correspondence and memorandum. Translate documents (Khmer to English and vice versa)
•Organize the office’s supplies, stationaries and manage the use of the items efficiently.
•Plan and coordinate schedules/calendaring and keep the GM on schedule. 
•Coordinates annual leave schedules among managers of the operations department and all head of department to ensure adequate coverage is provided.
•Organize weekly manager meeting including agenda, minutes taking and reporting. 
•Assist GM in monitoring progress of the airport assignments, event, projects and ensuring responses are timely and in accordance with established department policy and procedures.
•Communicates and interacts effectively with internal and external stakeholder, including but not limited to staff and managers, Airports Authority officials and business partners.
•Perform effectively and in timely manner works assigned and undertake any other support duties as may be required from time to time by the management.

Job Requirement

 

•Legal working age;
•University degree preferred in Business Administration. 
•Minimum 3-year experiences in office administration and supporting services.
•Proven proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer and ability to translate/interpret Khmer to English and vice versa; basic Chinese language is a plus
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
