Job Description
- Work day : Monday to Saturday - Work time: 8:00 ~17:00 / 8:30~17:30 - Gross salary : 300$ up (negotiate) ** Job description - Mission: Support all activities of Sale & Marketing in terms of Chinese industry ** General Assistant to the Chinese Language - Support any kinds of activities related to Chinese clients, suppliers mainly in Sale & Marketing department - Preparing Product list, chatting with Clients according to Sale and Marketing members - Holding meetings with Clients and attending with Sale & Marketing members to bridge the communication between them. - Discovering potential clients to approach and making the long/short attacking list - Closely work with other departments and sale team to communicate and maintain a good relationship with Chinese clients - Talking minute in the meeting or others - Fulfill other assigned tasks from management ** Benefit: - To learn the aspect of international business management - To increase communication skill with local and foreign client - To work in a challenging environment with a strong commitment teamwork - To improve English communication skill in daily usage - Bonus attaining goal - Mobile phone, Laptop to be provided - Company annual trip - Monthly party - Staff Birthday Party - NSSF will be provided - Pay raise after probation period - Company evaluation 2 times per year - 4 days off in a month and Public Holiday according to Cambodia Labor Law - Annual Leave 18 days a year from 2nd year of working |
Job Requirement
- Under 29 years old - Language : Chinese (Intermediate) / Khmer Native / English (Intermediate) - PC skill : MS office(Word/PPT/Excel) , High level of searching ability ** Job Request (MUST) - Bachelor Degree or certificate of university - An intermediate/good command of Chinese language (Writing and Speaking) - Be able to visit customer place with manager or sale team - Strong interpersonal skills to develop good relationships with customers and willing to learn new things ** Job Request(WANT) - Intermediate/good command of English ** Hiring flow - 0 Step: Paper test - 1st Step: Interview with Manager, HR representative, and Department Representative - 2nd Step: Interview with CEO and HR representative - 3rd Step: Selected to join us in actual Operation for three months (first of the first three months is trial period and the next two months is probation period) |
