Job Description

 I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ensure the entire property periodic and preventive maintenance plan is in place meanwhile liaise with contractors and Mega Asset Management team on cost control and monitor it within budget given, coordinate with other departmental requests follow company policies and procedures.
II. EXPECTED RESULTS
• Zero defects in terms of technical and highest customer satisfaction and implemented business contingency plans with SOP for each department. 

III. MAIN DUTIES
• Assisting to ensure maintenance plan will be reach the targets 
• Provide training to property management department on how to reduce cost of equipment consumption and training to facility department on how to decrease expense and increase income
• Corporate with project team to complete handover all building 
• Control and monitor on system of LED spot panel and water dancing
• Participate and coordinate the fire drill
• Allocate office space according to needs 
• Push and coordinate to prepare elevator access in parking lift and service lift
• Responsible for implementing the MEP Works on Site
• Making reports to top manager.

IV. AUTHORITY AND COMMUNICATION
A. Need to report every problem to Deputy Property Manager/ Property Manager.
B. Need to cooperation with Deputy Property Manager / Property Manager.
V. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
This performance indicators need to set by Deputy Property Manager/ Property Manager.
