Job Description
1. To conduct training needs analysis per year identifying all the training required for the hotel assisted by DOT. 2. To identifies training needs and develops cost effective training initiatives to achieve the hotel's goals. 3. To provide a proactive and supportive Training service, upholding the goal of the hotel goals and profitability. 4. To roll out a comprehensive training plan of training activities for the year provided by SIHR corporate office & be reviewed quarterly. 5. To source innovative and cost effective training initiatives which meet hotel and individual employees need. 6. To manage an up-to-date Training Centre fully-equipped with training facilities. 7. To ensure the security of training facilities, equipment and materials stored properly. 8. With support of HR Manager, ensure all training expenses are kept in line with the hotel allocated Training budget. 9. With the assistance of DOT to develop an effective annual Training Plan to achieves its goals and objectives. 10. To implement and monitor with the assistance of other members of the Management Team for the following: a. Orientation Training b. Hygiene Training c. Health and Safety Training d. English language Training e. Local Management Training Programs f. Other add hock training that will be beneficial to the hotel. 11. To liaise with Department Heads & Director of Training on regular basis regarding specific training requirements within their Departments. 12. To review the progress & report to Dir. of Training on the Hotel’s Departmental Training Plans. 13. To ensure an effective Employee Communication System within the hotel to keep employees informed on all training activities. 14. To maintain a systematic administration and filing system for the effective administration to maintain proper training documentations, records & materials. 15. Assist the HR team in a smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined are strictly adhered 16. Take full responsibility for hotel induction program (permanent and casual induction) for all new hires. |
Job Requirement
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in training of the hospitality
- Computerized in Word & Excel
- Good English Speaking, Writing and Listening
- Team Spiritual, good relation with our colleagues.
- Hard working and Self motivated
- Holding Bachelor’s degree
- 25 – 45 year old
- Male/ Female
