Job Description
• To execute the planned maintenance and process instruments to ensure a high reliability of operation in the brewery according to set standards
• To ensure that all mechanical work executed [both internal and external parties] are carried out safely and conform to set engineering standards and ISO Quality management system and Environment management systems
• To assist on the improvement of brewery’s operational efficiency and effectively wherever possible by supporting the Officer in their electrical requirements
• To maintain an updated list of set parameters of all mechanical equipment in the plant for reference used in planned and breakdown maintenance
• To assist in the planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
• All the mechanical work to be done with work order created by SAP system
Job Requirement
• Preferably degree in Engineer or Mechanical Engineering or work similar • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineer or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred • At least 1 years of experience in one year and/or higher, or a related area • Knowledge of spoken and written English • Basic knowledge of the electrical field • Computer knowledge in Word and Excel • Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts. |
