Job Description
| - Provide medicine to employee/dispatching workers each from each tenant provide - Take care patient in case it is necessary to send patients to a hospital/clinic - Report to HR/Admin the types of illnesses or symptoms that can occur to workers before deciding patient hospital/clinic. - Manual record for all workers who get illness follow up patient who get illness. - Take care workers are sick/ get accident of working hours - Prepare patient record send to hospital/clinic - Check the hygiene environment/infirmary room - Prepare and inspect medical equipment and supplies and ensure that the medicine and materials of first aid kid are sufficient in infirmary room. - Ensure that environment cleanliness infirmary room is well. - Acceptable other jobs which assigned by an AHR manager, leader - High responsibility for work - Good communication and good team work |
