- Cooperate with store operation staff, supplier and report to Merchandiser - Create purchase order (PO) - Prepare weekly ordering plan for store to refill in forecast QTY order -Monitor daily stock movement - Price Surveys - Alert buyer actively about any issue from store operation staff and suppliers - Document preparation matter - Field working (occasionally) - Be connected at all time to receive the phone calls from supplier, store operation and Merchandiser, to respond promptly via line chat as well as to pass information to buyer and related people, or take action instantly. - Follow up weekly promotion items and price quotation from suppliers as well as passing to Master Data Generations.
