Job Description
•Findnew location for opening new store
•Negotiatewith landlords for the best term & condition
•Doresearch and analyses for space building rental
•Area inspection and searches for new business location
•Analyzethe property market trend and prospect location
•Visit perspective location
•Provide daily, weekly report to General Manager of market trend status
•Do report and conduct presentation to management for new potential location
•Meet and build relationship with relevant partners
•Other duties will be assigned by management
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline.
•Minimum 3 years experiences in real estate
•Excellent negotiations skill and honestly
•Knowledge of process of leasing agreement
•Understand of real estate market and trend
•Good communication both Khmer & English
•Attention to detail and good at presentation skill
•Be able to work travel for searching new store location
•Willing to learn new thing
