| •Identify product symptom by talking with customers, advise solution, repair product • Make detail report for each repair job • Prepare daily and monthly service report by collecting and analysing product repair record • Support daily operation of outsourcing service company • Prepare claim report / product exchange report •Daily check and follow up of pending issues •Make service quality weekly report and send it to manager •Support operation of receptionist |
