Job Description
• Lead and control service staff around 10 person • Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges • Assign and schedule work duties to service staff according to their skills • Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service • Do other task as assign by Japanese Manager • Responsible for part warranty and claim. • Understanding how to make failure report. • Ensure customers are satisfied with service policy. • Manage all service department tasks. • Do as leader and staff management. |
