Job Description

- Establish contacts and relationships with key Customs House Brokerage providers
- Process Customs clearance for import & export sea & air shipments
- Apply for shipping documents e.g. certificate of origin, import certificate,import permit, etc.
- To provide and develop Customs House Brokerage and document services
- Subcontractor reviews and outstanding issues resolution
- Ensure that days outstanding is minimized in line with service agreements
- Other tasks by manager

Job Requirement

. Have knowledge of export console clearance process
. Open minded, good in communication, highly committed and result oriented
. Comprehensive English communication
. Good computer literate especially Microsoft Excel
. At least 1-year experiences in the field of Customs Clearance
. Knowledge and awareness of procurement techniques
. Strong Interpersonal skills to impact & influence internally & externally parties
. Negotiation skills and Management Skill
. Network / contacts with customs officers


Working Place: PPSEZ
Working Time: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Working Day: Monday - Saturday
Holiday: Sunday and Public holiday
