Job Description
This position is to perform tax declaration and review and assist Deputy Head or Head of Finance Department in the area of taxation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company’s monthly and annual tax returns and the accurate and timely filing of all tax forms.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary taxes.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company’s tax return and other tax documents.
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits including desk/limit/comprehensive audit.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
- Organize and manage all tax reports, statements and documents related.
- Coordinate taxation related matters with local tax authority and Group Company.
- Assist in preparing the documents related to transfer pricing.
- Involve in advertising and promoting services, spread good reputation of the company.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting or other related fields (Pursuing/Completing CAT is preferable).
- At least 2-years professional experiences in accounting and finance.
- Coordinates with the relevant departments.
- Involves in advertising and promoting services, spread good reputation of the company.
- Assign tasks and give guidance to subordinate to perform the task.
- Analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and long-hours, highly self-motivated, strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result.
- Have a good skill in MS Office includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
- Able to communicate in English.
