• Prepared Marketing Plan
• Implement and control marketing activities
• Lead and monitor Activation Team from end to end
• Collect Market situation including 5Ps of competitor
• Prepared report to market situation for Manager
• Manage and monitor marketing Material
• Research and Develop sales project on related market and product
• Handle market problem on related product from end to end
• Support Sales Team in order to make more sales as target plan
• Manage and monitor promotion team from end to end
• Handle on product order process from end to end 
• Follow up, check and monitor on product specification, shipping, cost of delivery, schedule for shipping accuracy and timely before submitted to get approval from top management,
• Prepare all related document, and filling for further need and reference

Job Requirement

• Male/Females, age: 25-35years old
• Mini Bachelor Degree of Marketing or related field
• At least 5years work experience in marketing department
• Have knowledge and skill of market researching and development (Marketing activation)
• Strong negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal skill
• Very good in English communication both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and time management skill
• Expertise with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, other system
• Be able to work under pressure and flexibility based on actual situation
• Must be a Trust worthy and reliability person
• Must be able to visit market for both Phnom Penh and Upcountry at most of the time to get real market situation
• Good attitude with team player spirit
