Job Description
- Monitor daily sales activities by salesman and by channel.
- Check Itinerary and route call of each salesman to follow up route plan.
- Update list customer for each salesman.
- Update daily itinerary.
- Monitor and register new customer in system.
- Update daily sales activities achievement Vs target for each salesman by channel and provide daily target to salesman every morning.
- Monitor and verified POS.
- Follow up salesman to complete POS based on daily activities target.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales activities report for management.
- Handle CRM compliant from end to end.
- Assist salesman for any support need from company.
- Other job assigned by upper level.
Job Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 20-25 years old.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Mini 1year work experience in Administration with various trading and distribution company.
- Good command of English communication both speaking and writing.
- Good command of Computer Literacy MS word, Excel, Power point.
- Good interpersonal Skill.
- Good negotiation and problem solving skill.
- Be able to work under pressure and limit timeline.
- Good Service mind set with positive though.
- Must be flexible and reliable person.
- Good attitude with team player spirit.
- Willing to learn.
