Job Description

• Manage and monitor sell ordering process

• Develop and implement Selling process follow company’s policy

• Manage & Monitor on Itinerary for each salesman

• Monitor on Customer information in system with up to date and accuracy

• Manage and set up Sales Target for each channel and each salesman base on customer order record with sales manager

• Monitor & Follow up Sales Achievement (Daily, monthly) with detail by product and SKU

• Follow up stock, Delivery, and product return with all related party

• Set up Incentive Scheme and Prepare Monthly Incentive for Sales Team

• Build and Maintain good relation with customer

• Working with marketing (PO, PI, Shop Type, Sale brief, and marketing activities) and make sure that all process are correctly and on timely basic

• Manage and monitor claims process from suppliers, make sure that all claims are completed correctly and timely

• Logistic management (Control on shipment schedule, and it costs)

• Handle on problem solving for both internal and external customer

• Staff Management (Recruiting, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating staff) to make them to work more effectively.

• Other job assigned by top management

 

Job Requirement

• Male/Females, age: 30-45years old
• Mini Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Sales Management or related field
• At least 5years work experience in Sales ministration management, Accounting or other related field in distribution company
• Have knowledge and skill of selling process in distribution company of Consumers product
• Knowledge of Logistic process
• Have knowledge on Sales Management (Sales planning, Sales Target setting, Sales Incentive…)
• Expertise with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, other system
• Highly organized and detailed oriented and possessing 
• Very good in English communication both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and time management skill
