Job Description

- Support recruitment & selection operating model in: 

(a)identification of a required staff profile and formulation of the vacancy notice; 

(b) outreach to suitable candidates; 

(c) pre-screening of applications; 

(d) interviewing candidates and assessment of required skills using customized assessment tools; 

(e) giving advice on the soft skills of candidates in the drafting of recommendations; 

(f) verifying application form. 
- Coordinate and follow up with hiring manager about 
recruitment, placement and transfer actions for staff at head office/ branches and other field offices; advise on 
entitlements and grading; ensuring conformity with 
requirements and compliance with the rules and regulations; 
draft related correspondence and notes for file; 
- Interview candidates, propose a selection of candidates and assist managers and staff in the respective transfer 
arrangements; 
- Conduct reference check and home visit for all new 
candidates and ensure guarantee letter signed by their 
parents and authorize by local authority before signing 
employment contract with Phillip. 
- Support the enhancement of a computerized system and/or 
development of new features, thereby contributing to 
increased efficiency in the selection, placement and 
recruitment process. 
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting 
universities, colleges, employment agencies and internet 
sites. 

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in one of the functional areas of HR management, business administration. 
- At least one year experience in HR with emphasis on recruitment & selection in Micro finance Institution or bank sector. 
- Knowledge of HR concepts and Cambodian labor law. 
-Excellent time-management skills; effective organizing skills; ability to plan and prioritize own work tight deadlines, as well as to work on own initiative and as a member of a team. 
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, graphs, etc.) 
- Interpersonal Skill and high commitment on task. 
- Good communication skill and good English in speaking, listening, reading and writing. 
- Be possible to travel and stay in provinces.
