Job Description
1. Respond to all queries related to IT to ensure all IT issues are solved within the agreed lead time
2. Record and update all support requests through Help-desk systems so that they can be prioritized and monitored.
3. Install and configure computer systems for new staffs
4. Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, printers, phone systems, fingerprints and network connections
5. Support and troubleshoot POS Systems
6. Implement scheduled maintenance (monthly) of all IT equipment/computer systems in N.V.C Corporation Co., Ltd.
7. Manage and monitor IT asset to ensure accurate inventory records.
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirement
1. Education:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Experiences:
• Fresh graduate
• Some relevant experience in IT filed is a plus
3. Skills and attributes:
• Demonstrate knowledge in network infrastructure
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Window Server, Exchange Server, and CCNA
• Demonstrate knowledge repair and maintenance in computer hardware and software
• Good communication skills.
• Good English and Khmer communication
