Job Description

1. Check and input working roaster, OT request of employee on daily basis, and allowance pursuant to all relevant policies into HRIS.
2. Check and extract all kind of leave taken of employee report input into time attendance system for payroll process.
3. Run daily time attendance reports and identify missing personnel actions and missing time & attendance reports, weekly distribute to each department, and communicate with all necessary parties to check and resolve rejected requests if any.
4. Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and HR Team.
5. Prepare final report of time attendance of each month to obtain the acknowledgement of each department manager before processing to payroll.
6. Participate in market and salary survey.
7. Other job will be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree of Business Administrative or equivalent
• 2 years experiences in HR payroll preparation and attendance control.
• Have a good understanding of business needs
• Proactive, open-minded and positive attitude
• Hand-on, implementation focused and results-oriented work approach, ability to get things done, solution and success.
• Entrepreneurial mind set: Self driven, passionate, challenging person, decisive and able to handle a fast-growing environment, with a can-do attitude.
• Strong self-motivation, commitment and ownership and at the same time able to work as a team
• Emotional stability: convincing, trustful and reliable presence with a persuasive pattern of behavior roles model for company values and behaviors.
