Job Description

1.Perform the tasks assigned by Structural Design Manager
2.Conduct detail design and analyses of structural work and help produce detail structural design drawings as required by Structural Design Manager
3.Help review detail design and shop drawings
4.Help lead and train the subordinate to improve their capacity for the design and analyses of structure and for producing standardized drawings.
5.Able to coordinate with other disciplines to solve technical problems
6.Record and track internally (structure team) detail design drawings
7.Assist in solving problems on site and providing suggestion to technical problems regarding structure design revision following site condition.
8.Able to conduct actual site inspections as required by Structural Design Manager

Job Requirement

Education/
Experience

- At least bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master degree is preferred)
- At least 5 years of working experience in Civil and Structural Design & Construction
- Having some experiences in leading the design team and experience in organizational skills
- Having site experiences and experience in steel design is a plus
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Able to communicate effectively in English both oral and written
- Ability to use design software such as: ROBOT, Sap2000, ETABS, AutoCAD and Microsoft office, etc.
- Able to lead fellow subordinates
