Job Description
| 1.Perform the tasks assigned by Architect Design Manager 2.Monitor and manage Interior Design team project schedules to meet the targeted deadline and company’s standards and requirements 3.Manage, supervise and coach the Interior team members so that they can improve their capabilities to design advanced works and to produce the accurate interior design drawings in the targeted time frame 4.Produce Interior specifications and accurate and professional technical reports 5.Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions). 6.Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. |
Job Requirement
Education/
Experience
-At least bachelor degree in Architectural Interior Design (Master degree is preferred)
-At least 5 years working experiences in Architectural Interior Design within a multinational company or organization.
-Having experience in managing and leading the design team and experience in time management and organizational skills
-Having experience in site inspection and supervision is a plus
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
-Able to communicate effectively in English both oral and written
-Ability to use design software such as: Vray Sketch Up ,3D Max AutoCad, Photo Shop and Microsoft office
-Able to produce accurate schedules and delegate the tasks to fellow subordinates

-Hardworking, team work spirit, reliability, honest, focused and work under pressure, respectful attitude
