Job Description
- Enter shipping and inventory data in computer system.
- Develop plans and manage purchasing orders for incoming material, equipment, services.
- Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete.
- Remove inventory from shipment delivery trucks.
- Ensure supplied stocks meet demand.
- Prevent overstocking and ordering.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking.
- Create and maintain detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies.
- Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping.
- Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
- Ensure correct inventory is loaded into correct delivery trucks.
- Track and ensure deliveries are received.
- Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks
- Compile reports inventory and supply balances.
- Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
- Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital
- Make note of damaged inventory.
- Maintain records of purchases, and other important data.
- Other duties as assign by manager.
Job Requirement
* Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
- Two (2) years’ experience as stock controller, receiver, or related position
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work night, weekends, extended hours, and holidays
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels
- Forklift Operations Knowledge in plus
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good written and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

- Procurement, Purchasing, Merchandising or Account
- Can Speak Chinese more priority
