Job Description
-Responsible for the marketing conceptualization, planning, formulation and integrated communication and public relation strategy that support the brand position of the company project.
-Preparing research and survey to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions.
-Conducts market research of Cambodia real estate industry development situation, monitor and create new idea for campaigns; events to fulfill the market requirement.
-Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & events
-Analysis and identifies market for real estate consumers
-Prepare comprehensive marketing programs for implementation by field operation
-Well leading in the preparation of business plans
-Responsible for company Facebook page, website, campaigns and social media advertising planning (including company branding program)
-Building good relationship with social media supplier & agency
-Oversee the relevant artwork designing of development plan, production and distribution eg: brochures, flyers, banner, billboard…
-Create new ideas and effective marketing strategy and direction
-In charge to prepare marketing planning
-Other tasks assigned by top management
Job Requirement
* Qualifications and Education Requirements
-Age 25 - 35, Male & Female
-Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business field or related.
-At least 3-year experience in marketing and advertising.
-Experience in social relationship is a plus
-Implementing marketing planning and execution
-Preparing proposals and yearly marketing calendar
-Develop strategies for new market, Networking for new leads, Advertising, Event management, Printing & productions.
-Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.
-Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
-Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated
-Able to work under pressure and good at team work.
-Strong knowledge in design software: Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator and Corel and more software in design
-Knowledge in photography is a plus
-Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus).
